Ashley Amerio is the Founder and President of Ashley Injury Lawyers, established in 2007 with a mission to provide compassionate, high-quality legal representation to injury victims. Known for her aggressive advocacy and unwavering commitment to client care, Mrs. Amerio leads a team that prioritizes results, professionalism, and personalized service. Originally from Arizona, Mrs. Amerio earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from San Jose State University, where she interned at NASA Ames Research Center. She went on to earn her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. Before founding her firm, she gained extensive legal experience in bankruptcy, criminal defense, and prosecution, serving as a Deputy District Attorney in Amador County. There, she handled a wide range of cases and achieved a near-perfect trial conviction rate. Since founding the personal injury department of Ashley Injury Lawyers in 2008, Mrs. Amerio has developed a reputation as a seasoned negotiator and trial attorney—recognized for being experienced, strategic, and empathetic.
