Jessica Beeler focuses her practice on the defense of attorneys in litigation and transaction-based malpractice. She has handled legal malpractice matters involving estate planning, family law, criminal defense, medical malpractice, embezzlement, fraud actions, fee disputes and many other practice areas. Jessica also has defended attorneys in disciplinary proceedings. In addition, Jessica represents other professionals, including insurance agents and brokers, architects and engineers, HOA board members, and real estate agents and inspectors. She also handles employment law matters in state and federal court. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Jessica worked at a national full-service law firm. She began her career as a Judicial Staff Attorney at the Supreme Court of California, Criminal Division. Thereafter, she served as a Legal Research Attorney at the Superior Court of San Francisco, worked as a trial attorney and deputy public defender at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, and maintained her own criminal defense practice for several years in San Francisco.
